Delete your Peachtree account

Peachtree is a business phone line. This page explains how to delete your account and everything in it.

Delete from inside the app (fastest)

1. Open Peachtree and go to the Settings tab.
2. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account is deleted right away and cannot be recovered.

Request deletion by email

If you can no longer sign in, email [email protected] from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll verify you own the account and delete it for you.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes all of its data:

• Your call history, text conversations, and voicemails (including the recorded audio).
• Your contacts and any contact photos.
• Your blocked-number and report records.
• Every sign-in and registered device on the account.
• Your Peachtree phone number is released.

This is immediate and irreversible — we do not keep a copy.

A note about your subscription

If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, deleting your account does not cancel that subscription — only you can, from your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Cancel it there to stop being billed.
